As an IT project manager, I will be overseeing the whole process of developing an IT related solution from start to finish, supervising developers and other people involved with the project in an open, comfortable, and safe environment. The software development management framework to be used will be Agile so that the team will be more flexible to changes with regards to the project requirements.
It would be best if I am to work with a team consisting of at least two developers using the same framework capable of developing large-scale systems should it be necessary depending on the project requirements, and three other people to be assigned duties during the initial meeting between the team.
