1. Up to 5 revisions
2. I will provide you in any file format that you want 
3. I will provide the source files (add on)
4. Up to 5 characters. If more than 5 characters in one image I will charge extra
5. I can add simple backgrounds if you want. (add on)

I can deliver in 5 days.
