1. Payment First

    As part of our secure transaction process, payment must be made in full before the code is delivered.

    Once the payment is confirmed, the Rakuboss code will be sent to your email address.

2. Delivery of the Code

    After receiving payment, we will send the Rakuboss code to your provided email within hours

    If there are any issues with the delivery, please contact us immediately for assistance.

3. Refund Policy

    We understand that sometimes purchases don't work out, and we offer a partial refund under the following conditions:

        Refunds will only be issued within 2 days of purchase.

        Refund Percentage: The buyer will receive 90% of the total paid amount back as a refund.

        To request a refund, you must:

            Provide a valid reason for the refund.

            Return the code or provide evidence that the code has not been misused (e.g., screenshots, logs, etc.).

        Refunds will be processed through GCash to your account. Refunds will be initiated once we confirm the eligibility.

    Important Note: If there is evidence of misuse or if the code is shared without permission, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
